One Piece Episode 319

-200g 1-2 day old rice
-cooking oil
-1 bell pepper
-1 egg
-1 green onion
-1 tbsp All Blue Salt (mix normal salt, sea salt and MSG)

-1-2 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp sesame oil
-1 tsp sugar

Cut your green onions and bell pepper. Heat your wok, add cooking oil and scramble one egg. Add the onions, bell pepper and your old rice. Add some All Blue Salt and mix well.
Fry the rice well and then serve.

-ebara teriyaki sauce
-salt & pepper

First, pan-fry each side until its golden! Then, soak up the extra oil that's left and caramelize the meat in the sauce. And it's done!

onion soup:
-2 tbsp butter
-4 onions
-2 tbsp flour
-60ml dry white wine
-900ml beef broth
-pinch of salt & pepper

Heat the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, about 4 minutes. Add the onions with a pinch of salt and cook, stirring often, until caramelized, 15-20 minutes. If the pan becomes too dry during cooking, add a splash of water (1-2 tablespoons).

Add the flour and mix with a wooden spoon for about 1 minute, until it starts to brown.

Add the wine. Mix well. Cook for about 2 minutes, until most of the wine evaporates.

Add the beef broth and black pepper. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce the heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, stirring often, until the soup is thicker, about 20 minutes. Serve

Meliodas apple pie from the seven deadly sins, but joking aside at the end, it was really good!

Pie Crust:
-320 all purpose flour
-7g sugar
-2g salt
-225g cold butter
-about 100ml cold water

In a food processor mix flour, sugar and salt. Cut cold butter into little pieces and mix until coarse crumps form, with some smaller pieces. Add cold water, mix until smaller balls form. The dough should stick together. Pull together your dough (don't knead) Separate and form into 2 equal disks. Wrap into plastic wrap and chill at least for 1 hour in the fridge.

-110g butter
-25g flour
-60ml water
-150g sugar

On medium heat melt the butter, add flour, whisk and simmer for 1 minute. Whisk in your water and sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 3 minutes, keep stirring.

Apple Pie:
-4-5 Apples
-1 1/2 tbsp cinammon
-1 egg yolk
-1 tbsp sugar

Peel your apples and remove cores. Slice them thinly and add into a bowl. Mix with cinammon and your sauce. Roll out your dough on a floured work surface. Roll out your pie crust and put into the pie pan. Place your apple mixture into the center. Roll out the second dough and cut into 10 stripes. Make a lattice topping. Place remaining dough at the edges around where needed. Tuck the excess pie dough into the pan. Crimp or flute the edges of the pie dough. Mix 1 egg yolk with sugar and cover everything with it.

At a preheated oven, bake at 210°C/420°F for 15 minutes. Reduce the heat and bake at 175°C/350°F for another 45 minutes.

-500g spaghetti
-400g ground beef
-125g butter
-olive oil
-2 onions
-2 carrots
-5-6 mushrooms
-3 sticks of celery
-100ml red wine
-400g canned tomatoes
-100ml beef broth
-3 garlic cloves
-2 tbsp tomato paste
-pinch of MSG
-2 tbsp oregano
-1 tbsp parsley
-basil for garnish
-salt & pepper to taste

Peel the carrots, celery, onions and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Wash and cut the mushrooms sideways. Wash the parsley and chop finely.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic, onion and celery for 4 minutes. Add the carrots, mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes.

Now add the minced meat and fry briefly. Add the canned tomatoes, beef broth, oregano and red wine. Allow the liquid to reduce slightly. Put the lid on the pot and simmer over low heat for a good 40-50 minutes.

Boil plenty of salted water, cook the noodles in it until soft (al dente) and then drain through a sieve.

Finally stir in the tomato paste and season the sauce with salt, pepper and parsley.

Arrange the cooked spaghetti appetizingly on plates, pour the sauce over it and garnish with parmesan cheese.

-120ml milk
-3g active dry yeast
-5g sugar
-160g all purpose flour
-10 sugar
-2g baking powder
-1g salt
-red bean paste


At first add the yeast and 5g sugar to room temperatured milk, then mix. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes. In a bowl add flour, 10g sugar, baking powder, salt and mix well. Add the milk with the yeast and oil, mix all until combined.

Flour your surface for kneading. Knead the dough 10-15 minutes or until a firm slightly elastic dough forms. The dough should be firmer, not sticky. Unfold the dough and hold it up to the light. If you can see the light through it and it doesn't tear apart, the dough is perfect. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Put the dough onto a floured surface and cut into whatever size you want. Wrap the buns in a circular disc. Make the edges slightly thinner than the center. Place red bean paste into the center. Start to pull the dough up while pushing the filling down with your finger. Crimp the edges all around.

Allow to rest again under a damp towel for 10-15 minutes while your water comes to a boil in your steamer. Line the steamer with parchment paper. Place buns in with about 1-2 centimeters of space around each. Steam for 12 minutes. Turn off heat and let sit for 1-2 minutes. Then remove the lid.
