So it’s four-ish ingredients as I give some extras to make this extra delicious! This crockpot recipe is to die for and super easy. It’s called Olive Garden chicken because it calls for Olive Garden Italian dressing, but I also provided a homemade dressing for less sodium! The juicy and tender chicken cooked with some pasta is insanely delicious! Here’s what you need: 1.5 pounds chicken breasts 1 (16 ounce bottle ) Olive Garden Italian dressing or homemade Olive Garden Italian Dressing 8 ounces cream cheese 16 ounces cooked pasta Fresh herbs and cracked pepper (optional) ½ cup grated parmesan (optional but recommended) In the crock pot add the chicken, salad dressing, cream cheese and close the lid. Do not take off the lid! Cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6-8. When ready to serve shred it and add cooked pasta. I put fresh pepper and fresh parsley herbs on top.
