Crockpot Spinach and Artichoke Dip is perfect for an easy appetizer! Recipe 1 8 oz block of cream cheese 1/2 cup of sour cream 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese 2 TBSP of minced garlic 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper 1 tsp of onion powder 9 oz frozen spinach (fresh chopped spinach is good too) 1 12 oz jar of drained and chopped artichoke hearts Instructions •combine everything in a crockpot and stir •cook on low for 2-3 hours stirring at least a couple times while the cheese melts Enjoy!! #crockpot #spinachandartichokedip #slowcooker #easyappetizers #crockpotdips #easyrecipes
