I recently finished reading Atomic Habits by James Clear and I’ve become much more disciplined and respectful with my space.
Small actions can have a great impact on your life, actions repeated over and over will become habits.
BUT, it’s a double-edged blade.
You can have good or bad habits, you just have to figure out which ones are negatively impacting your life and change them.
Once my father said: “Dirt attracts bad energies.”
This quote has changed the way I think about cleaning, now I do it with two purposes, to keep the dust/dirt away and to attract good/positive energy.
So, every morning I clean my space. I don’t always take everything apart like in this video (I do this only once a month).
That’s it 🤘 I highly recommend you to read Atomic Habits, it’s such a good book.
