Knusprige Smashed Potatoes, anyone? 😋 wenn ihr Kartoffeln auch so gerne mögt, probiert dieses Rezept unbedingt aus — schmeckt noch besser als Bratkartoffeln! diese Zutaten braucht ihr dafür: 600 g Baby Kartoffeln, Olivenöl, 2 Knoblauchzehen, 2 TL Chilliflocken, 1 EL Kümmel, 1 Handvoll Petersilie, Salz & Pfeffer & so gelingt das Rezept: Kartoffeln vorkochen. Backofen auf 200 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze vorheizen. Öl, Knoblauch, Chilliflocken & Kümmel in einer Schüssel zu Marinade vermengen. Gekochte Kartoffeln hinzugeben, diese dann mit einem Glas platt drücken & für 40 Minuten im Ofen backen. With a single cup of almonds, you could make your own plant based milk and use the pulp to make delicious energy balls. It’s cheap and energy efficient as you won’t have to cook anything but just use your blender!
